Our Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Program brings healthcare directly to people in need, operating in a variety of community settings. We’re proud to serve those experiencing homelessness and those in underserved areas with dignity and flexibility.

Wherever You Are (WYA) Program

Overview
The Wherever You Are (WYA) program provides medical care to those experiencing homelessness or housing instability within underserved communities throughout CT. We work together with patients to help them reach optimum health wherever they are, practicing a harm reduction philosophy of care

Licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH), WYA operates at 10 community sites, including:

  • Shelters
  • Food banks
  • Domestic violence shelters
