Wherever You Are (WYA) Program

Overview
The Wherever You Are (WYA) program provides medical care to those experiencing homelessness or housing instability within underserved communities throughout CT. We work together with patients to help them reach optimum health wherever they are, practicing a harm reduction philosophy of care

Licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH), WYA operates at 10 community sites, including:

• Shelters
• Food banks
• Domestic violence shelters

Tuesdays – New Beginning Emergency Shelter and Hospitality Services, 43 St Casimer Dr, Meriden 7:30AM-4:00PM

Tuesdays – New London Homeless Hospitality Center, 325 Huntington St, New London 8:30AM-5:00PM

Wednesdays – Eddy Shelter, 1 Labella Circle, Middletown 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Thursdays – New London Homeless Hospitality Center, 325 Huntington St, New London 8:30AM-5:00PM

Thursdays – Community Mental Health Affiliates, 233 Main St, 1st Fl, New Britain 8:30AM-4:00PM

Fridays – Alliance for Living, 154 Broad St, New London 9:00AM -12:00PM, 2:00PM-4:20PM

Fridays – Liberations Program, 115 Main St, Stamford 8:30AM-4:00PM

Our Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Program brings healthcare directly to people in need, operating in a variety of community settings. We’re proud to serve those experiencing homelessness and those in underserved areas with dignity and flexibility.
